At Maxey, our trailers are built for durability and versatility. Road wear and tear and the challenges of harsh weather can shorten the life of your trailer. That's why at Maxey we offer as standard many of the durability features that our competitors don't offer at all.
At Maxey, before we wire our trailers or install the floors, the steel structure is 100% primed with two coats of epoxy primer, then painted with a high gloss, high durability polyurethane paint. Your trailer will be protected - and look good - for years.
At Maxey, we use only Apitong Hardwood for our wood flooring. Apitong is a high density material, giving the floor unsurpassed strength and durability. Because it is virtually knot-free, Apitong is the strongest standard floor - 26 percent stronger than oak - at the most reasonable weight.
At Maxey, we protect our wiring with a sealed wiring harness. This eliminates fracturing, resists extreme temperatures, and is resilient against the salt and magnesium chloride used on winter roadways. All of the wiring throughout the trailer is protected against chaffing, rubbing, and road hazards.
At Maxey, our trailers are designed with the operator convenience in mind. All transport model trailers are equipped with slide-in loading ramps as standard equipment, and all non-tilt ramp trailers have spring-assist ramps for operator safety. Cushion cylinders dampen the impact of loading against the chassis of the trailer.
At Maxey, our trailers are equipped with radial tires for safety against road hazards and long wear, and we use only high quality jacks, couplers and electrical components.
At Maxey, each trailer is built with durability, longevity and value in mind. |
